Event Customers

We assess Event Suppliers before they go live on our website. We ask suppliers to provide proof of their identity and check their submitted information for accuracy on a best-efforts basis. Since it is not possible to guarantee the performance of Event Suppliers, our system encourages testimonials, reviews and ratings after events.

You can search either by individual services or by the type of event you are organizing. If you search by type of event, a list of Event Suppliers will appear for each type of event service that could be required.

When you have chosen an Event Supplier or Venue, pay a reserve fee of only 5% of the total fee. This is meant to confirm your booking and will be held as a deposit for you. The remaining 90% is payable directly to the Event Provider on the day of the event or before as you have agreed with the Event Provider.

Event Professionals

Just click the Become a Supplier button on the website. The process only takes a few minutes. Be sure to have some great photos and videos to make your posting as compelling as possible.

It is free to become an Event Supplier – just sign up. We believe it is immoral to charge sign-up or subscription fees. It is our responsibility to promote your services and help get you Customers who can help grow your business and capabilities. We charge a low technology platform fee of 5% off your estimated total fee. When Event Customers confirm a booking, they pay a 10% Reserve Fee. If you cancel your booking or don’t show up on the event day, Asia CEO Events will refund the entire amount to the Customer. Otherwise, half goes to you and the rest is our technology platform fee.

Asia CEO Events promotes your event services to Event Customers across the Philippines and the world. As one of the nation’s largest users of event services, Asia CEO Events has many years of experience organizing our own events and paying for professional providers. We promote your services to others organizing their own events. We are also always looking for Event Providers for our own regular events.
We want to help develop the events industry by promoting the services of events providers and venues.
